5/7(土)の荻窪クラスはワークショップ開催に伴い、スタジオを下記の通りに一部変更致します。
お間違いのないようにお越しください。よろしくお願い申し上げます。

【ワークショップ】
★10:00　アシュタンガ初心者限定ワークショップ/　講師：ケンハラクマ → 2階スタジオ
  開場：9時40分ころ
  受付：2階スタジオ
 ※参加予定の方は、レンタルマットに限りがあるため、なるべくご自分のヨガマットをご持参ください。

【通常クラス】
★10:00-2F -アシュタンガプレ・マイソール/まり → 4階スタジオ
★12:30-2F-アシュタンガハーフプライマリー/ユミコ.N → 4階スタジオ

上記以外のクラスはスケジュール表通りの場所で行います。
