プロフィール

2011年～2014年
なんとなく通い始めたホットヨガ、すぐ常温のヨガスタジオにも通い始め、週に9クラス受けるほどはまりました。

2015年
巡り巡って、アシュタンガヨガに辿り着きました。IYC荻窪や九段下で通い始めました。現在はケンハラクマ先生のマイソールクラスで練習をしています。
