ケンハラクマ出演の大型ヨガイベントにてアサナデモンストレーション指導を中心に企業向けヨガクラスを行う。

メッセージ

ご自身の身体と心のための時間を持ったことを誇らしく思えるようなクラスにしたいと考えています。

プロフィール

幼少期から器械体操をはじめ、
高校では群馬県代表としてインターハイへ出場。
卒業後は運動の習慣がほとんどないまま、短大/アメリカでの大学生活を経て、一般企業へ就職。

2017年
運動不足を解消したいと思いヨガを始める。

2018年
ストレッチ(ヨガ)をするだけで心が穏やかになるわけがない！と思ったことをきっかけにきちんとヨガについて学びたくなり、
全米ヨガアライアンスRYT200を修了。
同時期にアシュタンガヨガに出会い、IYCでの練習を開始する。

2019年
ケンハラクマ氏のアシュタンガ指導者養成コース修了。

2020年
不定期でヨガクラスを開催。

全米ヨガアライアンス RYT200修了
IYCアシュタンガヨガ指導者養成コース修了
