会社員として上海出張時に中医学（漢方）に出会い体調不良が改善され、身体のバランスや食事の大切さに気づく。
同時に古代中国の哲学、陰陽五行に興味を持ち、ヨガと共に中医学や薬膳への学びを深める。
ヨガのアーサナ(坐法)だけでなくヨガの哲学や瞑想を日常的に実践して、より心地良く過ごせるようになるためのツールとして
ヨガを取り入れる。
海外で長く暮らし世界各地でヨガの練習をし学びを深め、現在は自分の経験を共有しながらヨガを教えています。
