プロフィール

指導はホットヨガスタジオから始まり、現在はIYCで練習をしながら、都内ヨガスタジオでクラスを担当しています。

2006年ヨガを始める。それ以降、ヨガで身体や心が変わっていくことが楽しくて、今に至ります。
