プロフィール

群馬県出身。
大学時代よりダンス（舞踏・コンテンポラリー）を始める。
１９８７～２００２年舞踊家山田せつ子氏に師事。
その間、並行して太極拳・合気道・ハタヨーガなどの身体技法を学ぶ。
２００２年ダンス活動終止。
２００２年荻窪IYCにてアシュタンガヨガに出会い、ケン・ハラクマ氏に師事。
２００４年よりIYC及び関連スタジオにてアシュタンガヨガのクラスを
担当させていただいています。
